Dr.Shruthi Jayasurya is an alumnus of SDM College of Dental Sciences, Dharwad, and did her post-graduate training in and preventive dentistry from The Oxford Dental College, Bengaluru. She is also India’s first and only pediatric dentist who is an advance certified lactation professional.

In addition, she holds an advanced certification in laser dentistry and photobiomodulation from AALT, Singapore and a First aid certification from St. Johns Ambulance, London.

She is associated as a consultant pediatric dentist with Apollo hospital, Bannerghata road in Bengaluru. Some of the treatment provide by her are oral prophylaxis, restorations, pit and fissure sealants, fluoride application, pediatricgendodontics,’ extractions, space management, management of habits like thumb sucking, mouth breathing and tongue thrusting, bruxism, evaluation and management of infant tethered oral tissues.

As a mother of twins, she understands the concerns parents have and her main interests and priority lies in prevention of dental diseases and to provide quality to her patients. She looks to instill a positive dental experience and attitude in children.
